Here at Apoteket Falken, you will find us right in central Östermalm, in the Fältöversten shopping center. With our central location, we meet a broad customer base – which gives us a workday characterized by pace, variety, and team spirit.

We are an experienced and engaged team of 12 employees who together deliver high-quality service in both prescription and self-care. With us, you have the opportunity to grow, develop, and contribute in a pharmacy where collaboration and competence are at the center.

The working hours for the position follow the pharmacy's opening hours: Weekdays 08:00–20:00, Saturdays 09:00–18:00, and Sundays 10:00–18:00

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you handle counseling, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Keep up to date with our range and our campaigns, to give customers the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmaceutical chemist, with a clear interest in people, health, and medicine.

• You have a particular interest in customer interaction and patient safety, and you enjoy contributing to a positive overall experience for every customer.
