Lås och Larm Upplands Bro is a local security company focused on safe and sustainable solutions within locks and security. Based in Bro, we assist private individuals, businesses, property owners, and housing associations in Upplands Bro and the greater Stockholm area.

The company works with installation, service, and project planning within locks, lock systems, access control systems, alarms, video surveillance, and door automation. Their goal is always to create solutions that work in everyday life while meeting today's security requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Account Manager / Sales Representative at Lås & Larm Upplands-Bro, you will play a key role in the company's continued development. You are responsible for developing and strengthening the company's business through sales to both existing and new customers. You will work with the entire range of the company's offerings within locks, alarms, and security solutions – from smaller components and service tasks to larger projects and comprehensive assignments.

The role is broad and combines sales, customer responsibility, and business development. You will actively identify new business opportunities through prospecting, customer meetings, and presentations of the company's solutions. At the same time, you are responsible for developing existing customer relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction through close and long-term collaboration.

A significant part of the work takes place at the customer's site and on ongoing projects, where you act as the link between the customer and the company's technicians. You work closely with the company's technicians to identify upselling opportunities, support customer dialogues, and ensure that deliveries are carried out with high quality.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the CEO regarding business development, sales strategies, and prioritized customer initiatives. You will also become part of a tight-knit team where the culture is characterized by a family-like feeling, community, and close collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and develop relationships with the company's existing customers.
  • Identify and process new customers through prospecting, meeting booking, and customer visits.
  • Sell the company's solutions within locks, alarms, access control systems, and other security solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotes and follow up on business opportunities.
  • Actively work on upselling on existing projects and customer engagements.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with technicians and other colleagues to create the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute to the company's continued growth and business development.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales and responsibility for the entire sales process.
  • Experience working with relevant laws and standards.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Experience from related industries is highly meritorious, e.g., locks, alarms, construction, infrastructure, civil engineering, or fire protection.
