About the Role

You will join a team that develops the digital experience for live listening in apps and on the web. Here, you use audience data to understand how users find their way in, stay, and interact, and you translate analysis into concrete improvements in features, user journeys, and audience experience.

You work in a content-centric digital environment where product, editorial, and data need to collaborate to create reach, loyalty, and user value. This is a role for you who wants your insights to have a clear impact on a digital service with many users.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze audience behavior related to live listening in apps and on the web.
  • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for product teams, editorial, and management.
  • Work with funnel, cohort, and retention analyses in digital products.
  • Identify improvement potential in digital user journeys and contribute to developing features and experiences.
  • Support product development and editorial decisions with data-driven evidence.
  • Monitor changes in apps and on the web and analyze their impact.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience working as an analyst in product development for public digital platforms, both apps and web, such as streaming media, e-commerce, or similar.
  • Experience working in product teams with various competencies.
  • Ability to share knowledge and insights with others in a pedagogical manner.
  • Good experience with one or more of Google's data and analytics products.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Good experience with tracking and working with Google Tag Manager for apps and web.
  • Relevant university education, such as computer science, or equivalent competence acquired in other ways.
  • Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
Merits
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Looker Studio/Data Studio or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of how personalization algorithms and recommendation systems work on platforms such as SVT Play, YouTube, and audio platforms.
  • Interest in trends in digital behavior, new platforms, and changes in algorithms.
