We are looking for a personal assistant for our client, a 36-year-old man living in Tågarp. We prefer that you have experience and knowledge regarding autism. There is already a group of fantastic assistants and engaged relatives around our client. We are looking for you who want to become part of the team.

Our client lives alone in his apartment and loves mowing the lawn. He is strong both physically and in personality, which means it is important that you are quick, understanding, and in good physical shape. You will be involved in all parts of the client's daily life, from household chores and cooking to various activities. The client enjoys being outdoors, swimming, and going on rides. He likes to go to restaurants once a week.

The Assistant's Role and Experience

We are looking for someone who can handle challenging or outbursts of behavior. You are encouraged to be direct in your communication. We seek a person who is positive, self-driven, active, and creative. You should be inventive but also secure and responsible. There are good opportunities for an active workday where your drive and engagement can make an extra difference in the client's daily life.

It is important that you master Swedish in both speech and writing, as communication is a large part of the job. It is of great importance that you have experience working with people with disabilities and autism.

There are animals in the home, so this position is not suitable if you have allergies to animals. The most important thing is your personality and your willingness to meet the client's needs. More information will be provided during an interview. Training and introduction take place at the workplace.

Qualifying Experiences

• Experience with autism.
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
• Experience working with disabilities.
• Driver's license is required.

Working Hours/Employment Level

• Full-time.
• Days, evenings, and every other weekend.
• Start as soon as possible.

Salary and Benefits

• We apply salary according to the Fremia collective agreement.
