Peab in Norrköping is growing, and we are now looking for you who want to work full-time throughout the 2026 season.

About the position

Your employment is with us at Montico. Working hours are Monday-Thursday 06:30-16:00 and Friday 06:30-13:00. Salary according to the current collective agreement. Start immediately or as agreed.

You and your work team are responsible for all outdoor maintenance, for example, grass mowing, maintenance of plantings, trimming, cleaning, and hedge clipping.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience in green area work, hold competency certificates for TCYK1 and TCYK 9, or equivalent education. Educated in plant knowledge or alternatively at least 5 years of experience working with the maintenance of outdoor environments.

We are looking for you who enjoy working outdoors and have experience in park and garden work. You like being part of a work team while taking great responsibility for the tasks assigned to you. The workdays vary, which suits your flexibility as you are happy to support where needed.

Requirements:

• Category B driver's license
• Swedish language skills (oral and written)
