What does the role of Area Manager entail?

As an Area Manager, you own the entire process for your assigned district. Your primary focus is on local growth and relationship building, while our headquarters relieves you of the heavy administrative workload.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Local business development: You handle local sales and process both private customers (B2C) and corporate customers (B2B) in your market.
• Networking & Matching: You recruit local, driven seniors and build strong relationships with them to ensure the right person is placed in the right assignment.
• Operational responsibility: You ensure that operations in your area run smoothly with high quality and satisfied customers.
