About the role

The role of handyman/delivery personnel is independent, agile, and varied. You will be responsible for purchasing, delivery planning, and personally executing deliveries of plant interiorscape solutions to our customers. We also perform installations where we mount items on walls and ceilings, so you need to be handy and enjoy finding solutions to challenges that arise in daily work. We also work on cherry pickers (aerial work platforms) and ladders. The job includes keeping the warehouse organized, receiving deliveries, and some forklift driving. Additionally, you will respond to calls to fix everything from pruning large trees to solving technical issues with installations at customer sites. Work on cherry pickers and high ladders is common, so it is an advantage if you are not afraid of heights. The role also includes some plant maintenance at our customers' premises.

You will become part of our delivery team and cover the geographical area around Västra Götaland. At times, we also support colleagues in other parts of the country when needed.

The position is full-time, 40 hours/week, with working hours from 07:00 to 15:30. Hours may be adjusted on occasion. Salary according to the collective agreement. You will be based at our office in Gothenburg, Västra Frölunda.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is service-minded and passionate about customer service, as interacting with customers is a natural part of our daily routine. Interest in plants and interior design is a plus. You are a natural problem-solver who thrives in a busy environment. Previous experience from a plant interiorscape company, moving company, or as a handyman/building caretaker is advantageous. We place great emphasis on your ability to build trust with our customers. You are presentable, energetic, cheerful, and outgoing towards both colleagues and customers.

Many tasks are physically demanding, so good physical health is essential.

You must have a valid B-driver's license and good driving skills. You are accustomed to working with digital tools such as apps and systems on phones, tablets, or computers.

You have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since English is our corporate language, good knowledge of English is an advantage.

We offer a trial day where you shadow a colleague for a day before accepting an employment offer. You will be paid for the trial day!
