About the Client Company

We are currently looking for machine operators for an established industrial company in Borås. You will become part of an engaged team and work in a production where process monitoring, quality control, and documentation are important parts of the daily work. The role is practical, fast-paced, and suits you if you thrive close to production.

Job Responsibilities

As a machine operator, you will among other things:

• Operate and monitor production machines
• Follow processes and perform measurements as well as quality controls
• Document and report in the company's systems
• Handle materials and finished products
• Contribute to ensuring the production maintains high quality and delivery security

The work involves both practical and administrative tasks and can be physically demanding at times. The working hours are initially scheduled during daytime for training purposes, after which they will transition to a two-shift system.

Background and Personal Qualities

To thrive in this role, we would like you to:

• Have a technical interest and preferably experience from industrial production
• Be meticulous, structured, and responsible
• Have good computer skills and be comfortable with documentation and reporting
• Enjoy handling several tasks in parallel
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Previous experience as a machine operator
• Forklift license
• Experience from process industry or other manufacturing operations
