Job Description
Are you technically inclined and do you have experience in assembly, mechanics, or the automotive industry? We are now looking for several truck assemblers for an exciting assignment with our client in Gothenburg. In this role, you will work with the assembly and customization of trucks based on customer-specific requirements and technical solutions. The work is varied and combines mechanical work with electrical, hydraulic, and quality control tasks. You will become part of a competent team where the focus is on quality, safety, and development. Key Responsibilities As a truck assembler, you will among other things:
- Assemble and customize trucks according to drawings and specifications
- Install and mount mechanical components and equipment
- Work with electrical installations and hydraulic systems
- Read and follow technical drawings, instructions, and work descriptions
- Perform tests, functional checks, and quality controls
- Troubleshoot and adjust components as needed
- Participate in welding and workshop tasks when required
- Contribute to continuous improvements in production and working methods
- Has experience in assembly, mechanics, vehicle technology, or similar work
- Can read and understand technical drawings
- Has knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems
- Is meticulous, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented
- Thrives working both independently and in a team
- Has a strong technical interest and a desire to develop

Your Profile
Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who have a strong technical interest and enjoy practical work in a workshop or production environment. You likely have experience from the automotive industry, workshop industry, agriculture, or other technical operations where you have worked with machinery, vehicles, or mechanical systems. To succeed in the role, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and meticulous in your work. You work in a structured manner, have a high quality focus, and are eager to take initiative while functioning well in collaboration with others. Qualifications We would like you to have:
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Experience working with electrical and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and assembly documentation
- A methodical, quality-conscious, and organized approach to work
- Category B driver's license (manual transmission)
- Vehicle technology education, workshop education, or equivalent work experience
The following is a plus:
- Category C driver's license
- Forklift license
- Experience in assembly, service, or repair of heavy vehicles, trucks, or construction machinery
- Skills in welding or other workshop technical competencies
