ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are looking for personal assistants for our client in Örnsköldsvik! We have 2 positions with our client. One position is a temporary assignment of approx. 75% for approx. 1 year starting in August. The other position is a temporary assignment of approx. 70% for approx. 6 months starting in August/September. Our client has double assistance around the clock, which means you will always work with a colleague.

Work shifts for the approx. 6-month temporary assignment:

• 08:00 - 08:00 the next day with waiting time overnight

• Occasional day/evening shifts may occur

Work shifts for the approx. 1-year temporary assignment:

• 07:00 - 14:30 or 15:00

• 14:30 or 15:00 - 21:00

Since we wish to give you a thorough introduction, we would prefer that you are available to start the position immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a 22-year-old girl who lives just outside Örnsköldsvik. She is a warm, happy, and grateful person who appreciates the little things in everyday life and spreads a lot of joy around her.

As an assistant, you are there as a support in her daily life and help her with what she needs to make the day function well. This includes, among other things, tube feeding, medication, and transfers, but also accompanying her on things she enjoys: such as going to the stable, swimming, or taking other small outings. She likes animals, nature, music, and creating, and enjoys being outdoors regardless of the weather.

The work takes place in a safe and structured environment with clear routines. On day and evening shifts, you always work together with a colleague, which means you can support each other and create a good daily life for both the client and yourselves. You become part of a team that enjoys working together, and you will receive a thorough introduction.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR? Our client is looking for a personal assistant who is calm, careful, perceptive, and engaged. It is important that you are loyal and feel comfortable with an open and direct dialogue with both the employer and colleagues. We would appreciate it if you have an open mind and a sense of humor, which is valued in everyday life. Experience as a personal assistant is not a requirement – we value the right attitude, personal suitability, and your personal competence above all else.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license and access to a car to commute to and from work.

• No fur allergies, as there are furry animals in the home.

• Non-smoker

Employment level: 70-75%

Number of summer temporary positions: 2

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record register. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record register and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
