Personal Assistant Vicar (6 Months)
At Inkludera Assistans, we are looking for someone who can work for six months on a temporary position that may potentially lead to a permanent employment.
About the Job
You will be working with a lovely and cheerful man around 60 years old who lives in a villa with his wife. The client is able to communicate and speak for himself, and he will provide more detailed information regarding routines and tasks. Activities take place outside the home, and you will also assist him in performing his work.
Your work is characterized by responsibility in interactions and collaboration with other people, so we place great emphasis on your personality and the chemistry between you and the client.
Schedule and Requirements
- Working hours are Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00. Evening and weekend shifts may also occur.
- A driver's license is required as the client has his own car.
- You should have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
Experience and Personality
You should have previous experience working in healthcare, elderly care, or personal assistance. You should have a strong work ethic, be calm and self-assured, and have a positive attitude towards making a difference in someone else's life.
Other Information
An introduction period will be held to gauge the interaction and sense of security between you in the daily routines. As an employee at Inkludera Assistans, you are covered by a collective agreement and a pension plan. You are insured during commute to and from work in case of unforeseen events. We also offer a wellness allowance to all our permanent employees.

Criminal Record Check
A criminal record check must be submitted before employment can begin. It is an advantage if you prepare to order a certificate of good conduct from the police prior to the interview. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
