Job Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician at our client's facility just outside Falkenberg, you will become a vital part of the production within the food industry. Your role is to ensure that the client's production equipment operates optimally, contributing to a safe and efficient production process. Your main responsibilities include:

• Preventive maintenance of machines and production lines
• Troubleshooting and repair during downtime
• Continuous improvement of technical solutions
• Collaboration with the production team to minimize downtime
• Documentation of completed work

The position is full-time and involves shift work. Additionally, you will be on call every fourth week, meaning you must be able to be on-site within one hour if needed.

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for you who have education or experience in industry, automation, electrical engineering, or another technical field. Experience from food production is a plus. Requirements for the position:

• Valid driver's license and access to a car
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Availability to participate in on-call duties according to schedule

Merits for the position:

• Experience with TIG and/or stick welding
• Electrical skills
• Forklift license

As a person, you are curious and technically interested. You enjoy working closely with your colleagues and understand the importance of good teamwork in a production environment. At the same time, you are self-motivated, take initiative, and have the ability to drive your work forward. Furthermore, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and have a structured approach to work. The work takes place in an environment that can occasionally be demanding, for example in cooled rooms, which requires both precision and endurance.
