We are now looking for a shift-working maintenance technician specializing in mechanics for Södra's sawmill in Värö. In this role, you will work with both corrective and preventive maintenance, while actively contributing to improvement work and the development of the business. Together, we strive for high availability and stable operations at the facility.

You are offered a varied and responsible job where you have the opportunity to work both independently and together with engaged colleagues, including other maintenance technicians and electricians.

The position is a permanent employment located at Södra's sawmill in Väröbacka. The work is scheduled on a 4-shift system, and the start date is to be agreed upon.

We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education with a focus on mechanics or equivalent work experience. You have a positive attitude, are service-oriented, and possess a good technical understanding.

As a person, you are solution-oriented and have the ability to see the big picture. You take initiative and thrive in a role where you can combine independent work with teamwork.

At Södra, working environment and safety are highly prioritized, which means you have a natural safety mindset in your work. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as a valid driver's license (Category B).

The following qualifications are meritorious:

• Experience in maintenance work on machinery or work in a production environment
• Knowledge of hydraulics
• Good computer skills
