Property Maintenance Technician in Halmstad

Property Maintenance Technician

About the position

We are looking for a driven and flexible person who can strengthen our team in various areas of our business. This may involve technical service of common tasks in properties, exterior maintenance of green areas, and handling fault reports from our customers.

The tasks will be varied, and you will be able to plan and execute different assignments independently. We would appreciate it if you have experience in similar tasks, for example, working as a property maintenance technician or caretaker.

As a person, you are service-oriented, enjoy customer contact, and can work both independently and in a team with your colleagues.

Competencies and personal qualities

We require that you hold a B driver's license and have experience working in the property industry.

As we grow and develop, you as a property maintenance technician will strongly contribute to the development of the regional office together with your colleagues. The work involves great flexibility, varied tasks, and assignments. Working with us means you have significant freedom under your own responsibility.

Since you will have customer contact, we want you to master the Swedish language fluently in both speech and writing, as well as have experience with digital systems. You are service-oriented and work towards building good customer relations.

Additionally, you should be driven and solution-oriented. You find it easy to build relationships and trust in your surroundings.
