Vehicle Mechanic Wanted at Autodena Car Service in Halmstad

Autodena Car Service is now looking for an experienced and self-motivated vehicle mechanic to join our workshop in Flygstaden, Halmstad.

Autodena Car Service is an established workshop founded in 2010. Since then, we have built a strong and well-established customer base. We currently collaborate with both private individuals and businesses, focusing long-term on quality, service, and trust. We are now looking for another colleague to strengthen our team as we embark on new initiatives and expand our operations.

Are you a driven vehicle mechanic who thrives on varied tasks and has experience with several different car brands? Then you might be the right person for our team.

About the Role

As a vehicle mechanic with us, you will work with servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing passenger cars from various brands. We are looking for someone who can work independently, take responsibility, and deliver high-quality work.

We are an Approved Auto Workshop with SERMI certification. Our workshop is continuously monitored by external parties to ensure quality, procedures, and safety standards. This enables us to perform and handle all types of work typically carried out at brand-specific dealerships.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 4 years of experience as a vehicle mechanic
• Is self-motivated and solution-oriented
• Has experience with several different car brands
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English
• Has a valid B-driver's license
• Has a clean criminal record
• Is a team player who puts "we" before "I"

Meritorious:

• Experience with the business system Winassist

Recruitment Process

After an initial selection, suitable candidates will be contacted for an introductory phone interview. Candidates who move forward in the process will then be invited for an in-person interview at Autodena Car Service together with our Workshop Manager, Dejan Najdanovic. During the interview, you will receive more information about the role and the business, as well as the opportunity to ask further questions.

Other Information

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record) will be required upon invitation to an interview.

We take into account any current notice periods, and the start date is agreed upon.
