Fordons Teknik is a modern and comprehensive workshop in Halmstad with high professional pride. We work in new, fresh premises and perform service, maintenance, and repairs on both commercial vehicles and private cars. We currently have high demand and are therefore looking for more truck mechanics to join our team.

About the role

As a mechanic at Fordons Teknik, you are responsible for the entire maintenance and repair process – from troubleshooting to the completed repair. We perform qualified work on all types of vehicles, regardless of brand and model year.

The tasks are varied and may include:

• Service and mechanical repairs
• Brake repairs, clutch replacements, and transmission work
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Welding and forging work
• Chassis and superstructure work

You will become part of a cohesive team of approximately 12 people, consisting of mechanics, customer receptionists, and office staff.

We are looking for you who have a genuine technical interest and thrive in a broad and varied role. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and have a strong interest in cars and trucks. You have previous experience as a truck mechanic within service or repair work.
