We are a small independent school and preschool located right at the foot of the Halland Hills, with fields as our nearest neighbors – it doesn't get more idyllic than this.

With 50 students and 15 preschool children, we are like a large family that enjoys spending time together. We are now looking forward to expanding our family with another responsible adult who wants to join the community here in Hasslöv.

The role involves you becoming the "spider in the web," keeping an overview of our operations, both during recess and on the bus. You will be close to our students and their families and become part of a wonderful team of employees.

You will have a central role in our operations, so we value someone who is social, self-motivated, and able to take initiative. You work well in a group but are equally comfortable working independently. Do you feel like a bit of an "Inventor Jocke" (a Swedish character known for creativity and problem-solving)? At our school, tasks vary greatly. This may include ensuring our buildings are maintained and meet safety standards, keeping our outdoor environment pleasant and welcoming, driving the school bus when needed, or supervising students during recess. You will experience very varied days with us.

The ideal candidate is ready for new challenges, flexible, positive, and has future-oriented vision.

We assume you hold the correct driving license with the necessary endorsements and a valid YKB (Professional Competence Certificate) if you apply for this position. We start with a probationary period, and if we get along well, a permanent position may become available.
