About the Role
As the Operational Maintenance Manager, you will have overall responsibility for daily maintenance operations and lead an organization of approximately 25 employees within tool manufacturing, emergency and planned maintenance, as well as design and specialists.
You will become a key player in the business, ensuring maximum availability, stable production, and high technical safety in a production environment characterized by high volumes, short cycle times, and strict quality requirements.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work with tasks such as
- Leading and distributing daily maintenance work (emergency, preventive, and predictive)
- Leading and developing the team
- Ensuring structure within the maintenance system
- Driving and monitoring maintenance work linked to KPIs
- Responsible for maintenance planning in close collaboration with maintenance planners
- Driving improvement work according to Lean/TPM and standardized working methods
- Ensuring maintenance work complies with safety, quality, and standards
- Contributing to budgeting, cost control, and investments
Profile

To fit the role, we see that you
- have experience in operational maintenance within manufacturing industry, preferably automotive
- have previous experience in team leadership and personnel responsibility
- are technically knowledgeable in mechanics, electrical engineering, and automation
- have experience with Lean/TPM and improvement work
If you have a technical education in mechanics, electrical engineering, or automation, we consider this a merit.
