Do you want to be part of revolutionizing how one of the largest banks in the Nordics communicates tech and AI? At our client's company, you will play a key role in a forward-thinking team that breaks patterns through innovative storytelling and visually spectacular presentations.

About the role

Our client is one of Sweden's larger banks, and on their behalf, we are currently seeking two consultants within internal communication and event management. In this combined role, you will work closely with the leadership of the tech organization to strengthen employee engagement and clarify strategic messages. You will act as a strategic and operational partner, packaging complex information into engaging content. We are looking for someone who can start the assignment in mid-August and who views the assignment with a long-term perspective.

For this assignment, a background check will be required, consisting of a criminal record check and a credit report. You will receive more information about this during the process.

Responsibilities

The role entails overall responsibility for internal communication, executive support, and event production, where you blend strategic vision with practical execution to engage employees within IT and data.

  • Produce visually striking PowerPoint presentations and speech scripts for senior executives
  • Create and publish engaging content in channels such as SharePoint and Viva Engage
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events and executive forums
  • Translate complex technical strategies into clear and inspiring messages
  • Manage technical production for live streams and digital events in a studio environment
  • Work with video editing and image generation for internal communication initiatives
  • Measure and follow up on communication activities to ensure high impact

We are looking for you who

  • Have an academic education in communication, marketing, or equivalent
  • Have advanced knowledge of PowerPoint with a focus on visual design
  • Have previous experience in internal communication, employer branding, or marketing
  • Have very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have

  • Experience working closely with executive teams and senior decision-makers
  • Knowledge of video editing and tools such as Clipchamp or similar
  • Experience with AI tools for image generation, such as Midjourney
  • Background in event coordination or studio production
