The Role

We are looking for an experienced consultant who thrives at the intersection of IT, OT, and compliance. Here, you work with clients within energy, utilities, and other regulated industries where security architecture and regulatory compliance play a central role.

What you will do

You support clients with security architecture and risk assessments, lead or participate in compliance work against frameworks such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and NIS2, and contribute technical deep expertise in complex environments where OT and IT meet. You are used to working independently and take ownership of deliveries from requirements to implementation.

We believe you have

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity in critical or regulated environments
• Practical understanding of OT environments and industrial networks
• Experience with one or more of the frameworks ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIS2, NIST
• Ability to communicate technical issues to both technicians and decision-makers
• Advantageous: Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CASP+ or similar)
• Advantageous: Experience from multiple countries or international assignments
