About the Role

As a Team Leader in Electrical Assembly, you will combine operational assembly work with responsibility for leading and coordinating the daily work of the team. You will play a key role in ensuring an efficient production flow and act as a link between production, design, and other departments.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and distribute daily work within electrical assembly.
• Participate in daily assembly work and support the team operationally.
• Ensure quality, order, and compliance with procedures and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with production, design, and other departments.
• Introduce and mentor new employees and interns.
• Monitor work, report deviations, and contribute to improvement work.

The position is based during day shifts with flexible working hours, and travel may be required.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone with experience in industrial electrical assembly who thrives in combining practical work with leadership. You are accustomed to working in a structured manner in a production environment and find it easy to collaborate with other functions.

We believe you:

• Have education in electrical engineering, automation, or equivalent experience.
• Have experience in industrial electrical assembly and electrical installations in machinery.
• Are confident in reading electrical schematics, drawings, and cable tables.
• Have the ability to lead and distribute daily work.
• Are solution-oriented, responsible, and communicative.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Hold a B-driver's license and have access to a car.

It is an advantage if you have experience in a leadership role, electrical programming, or work with machine installations and international environments.
