Do you want to work with inspections that have direct significance for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in a larger real estate environment? In this role, you will be responsible for standard inspections according to current regulations for fire alarms and sprinklers, with a focus on both revision inspections and delivery inspections in a comprehensive property portfolio.

You will become a key specialist in ensuring that facilities function as intended, while maintaining close dialogue with contractors within fire alarms and sprinklers. Part of the assignment also involves digitally documenting inspections in the client's fire protection system. In some cases, contract inspections may also be included.

• You carry out standard inspections for fire alarms and sprinklers according to current regulations.
• You work with both revision inspections and delivery inspections.
• You digitally document inspections in the client's fire protection system.
• You maintain ongoing contact with contractors within fire alarms and sprinklers.
• You contribute your expertise in matters concerning facilities, regulatory compliance, and inspection results.
• You can, if necessary, also carry out contract inspections.

• You have 2-5 years of experience working in the current role.
• You have at least a high school education with additional courses, or alternatively, experience within fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and contract inspections.
• You have, during the last 3 years, executed at least one sprinkler contract amounting to at least 1,000,000 SEK excluding VAT.
• You have, during the last 3 years, executed at least one fire protection contract amounting to at least 300,000 SEK excluding VAT.
• You have experience from at least 3 similar assignments from the last 3 years.
• You can present certificates for the inspection of fire alarms and sprinklers, as well as certificates for being a valid inspection firm regarding fire alarms and sprinklers.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish.
