Job Responsibilities

In the role of Production Supervisor, you will have a broad responsibility to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. Your main tasks include:

• Responsible for purchasing and follow-up.
• Monitor and handle ÄTA works (Works Accessible for Infrastructure Contractors).
• Act as a close support to site managers and skilled workers in production.
• Lead and distribute daily work to ensure good and efficient progress.
• Keep a daily log and report obstacles, changes, and deviations.
• Responsible for ordering materials and services, as well as supporting daily supervision.

We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements:

• We prefer that you have education in construction technology or equivalent work experience.
• You are a present and engaged leader, especially in collaboration with our skilled workers.
• Your commitment creates trust and contributes to a good working environment.
• You have at least 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role in production.
• You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• You hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
