About the role

As a welder, you will work with welding of heavy plate in aluminum and stainless steel, both manually and with robots. You will be responsible for meeting high welding requirements and contributing to the production of complex mechanical components with high quality. The working hours are scheduled in two shifts, meaning you must be able to work both morning and afternoon shifts.

About you

Formal qualifications

We are looking for experienced welders with documented experience, preferably from the manufacturing industry, who are proficient in working with heavy plate in steel and aluminum. You hold a forklift and overhead crane license and have a good ability to work carefully and with high precision according to drawings and quality requirements. You thrive in a technical production environment, have an interest in problem-solving, and can collaborate structurally in teams where quality and safety are in focus. If you are not a Swedish speaker, you need to have good English skills to communicate satisfactorily with colleagues.

Merits

It is a plus if you have welding licenses in, for example, MIG/MAG or TIG, experience with robotic welding, and familiarity with advanced welding structures with high quality requirements. If you also have experience with continuous improvement, LEAN, or similar methods, and have relevant industrial technical education, it will further strengthen your application.
