About the Client Company

Do you want to work in the industry – or are you curious to try something new? At the moment, we at Konsultia are looking for you who want to express your interest in future assignments with our clients in Umeå and the surrounding area. This is an open advertisement where we want to get in touch with you in preparation for the autumn's needs.

Your Responsibilities

We collaborate with several exciting industrial companies in the region and are continuously looking for employees for various types of roles. The tasks vary depending on the assignment, but can include, for example:

• Warehouse and logistics work
• Forklift driving
• CNC, lathe, or other machine operator roles
• Welding, assembly, and production
• Painting or surface treatment work
• Hydraulics work
• Food handling and production

Whether you are new to the industry or have previous experience, there are opportunities with us.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who:

• Are curious about the industry or have experience from similar work
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Are responsible and want to do a good job
• Thrive in a practical and sometimes fast-paced work environment
• Can work independently but are also a team player
• Work safely and contribute to a positive work environment where safety comes first!

We value experience – but we also want to highlight that documented competence is not everything. For example, if you have welded or tinkered in the garage, built projects on your own, or worked with colors and materials as a hairdresser? Then you may have valuable skills that are fully transferable to the industry. Having a forklift license, crane license, technical education, or other relevant experience is meritorious – but not a requirement for all assignments.
