At our client, you will work in a modern process industry where safety, development, and collaboration are at the center. Here you will have significant personal responsibility, the opportunity to influence working methods, and be a key person in an international team that constantly strives to improve.
About the role
This is a part-time position where you will support the regular team as needed. As a maintenance mechanic, you will monitor and optimize process infrastructure, work on continuous improvements, ensure compliance with safety procedures and certificates, document and report operational data, and collaborate with colleagues and external parties at our client's site.
About you
We are looking for someone who currently has another main occupation, e.g., studying at a university or college, or running your own business. You have completed a three-year upper secondary education, preferably with a technical focus, and have at least two years of documented experience from the process industry. You are fluent in English and have basic computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. You have good technical knowledge of process infrastructure and systems, experience working with continuous improvements in an industrial environment, and hold mandatory certificates for the area.
It is an advantage if you have fluent skills in other languages, including Swedish, as well as further education in technology or the process industry. Experience from international industrial environments and working in multicultural teams is highly valued. It is also a plus if you have participated in improvement projects, certifications, or training in lean, quality, or occupational health and safety that strengthen your understanding of efficient and safe processes.
As one of us
As an employed staffing consultant with us, you will always receive a market-competitive salary, vacation, pension contributions, insurance, and coverage under our collective agreement. We want you to feel good with us, so naturally, we offer our consultants a wellness allowance and occupational health care. During your employment, you will have a consulting manager who is responsible for your assignment, ensures you are happy at your workplace, and supports and develops you in your professional role.
