We are in a continued positive development with a strong increase in orders. To meet the demand, we are now looking for an SMT Operator who wants to become part of our team and contribute to our modern electronics production.

Job Responsibilities

As an SMT Operator, you will work together with your colleagues to produce surface-mounted circuit boards (SMT) in a modern and automated production line.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Preparing and refilling materials in the machines.
• Operating and monitoring all machines in the SMT line.
• Performing quality controls and inspection of circuit boards.
• Maintaining machines and troubleshooting minor operational issues.
• Repairing and processing circuit boards as needed.

Our machinery includes, among other things:

• Solder paste printers
• Automatic 3D inspection (SPI) for solder paste control
• Placement machines
• Reflow oven
• Automatic 3D AOI inspection after the soldering process

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience as an SMT Operator or who has worked in industrial production with machinery and has a strong technical interest.

The following qualifications are a plus:

• Experience with SMT placement machines.
• Experience with manual inspection of circuit boards.
• IPC Certification.
• Experience in repairing and troubleshooting circuit boards.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is detail-oriented and can work efficiently even at a high pace.
• Is responsible and punctual, reliable, arrives on time, and takes ownership of your part of the production chain.
• Collaborates well and contributes to a good team spirit.
• Is comfortable using computers.
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

About the Position

• Scope: Full-time.
• Working Hours: Two-shift system. Night shifts may occur as needed.
• Employment Type: Fixed-term employment with good opportunities for extension.
