About the company

Norddiamant is a small company that has been manufacturing high-quality special machines and diamond tools since 1968. We are currently a team of three and are now looking for a fourth employee for our mechanical workshop. We offer a broad and varied job where you will be involved in the entire chain – from idea to finished product.

We run the business together as a small team with a stable order flow throughout the year. All manufacturing takes place here in Robertsfors – design, welding, grinding, painting, electrical work, and assembly. We work with small series and specially adapted products for demanding customers. Here, the path from idea to action is short, and everyone helps out.

Your responsibilities

You will work broadly in our workshop together with a small team. Since we have great variation in assignments, the tasks will be adapted to your experience and what you enjoy. Examples of tasks include:

• Turning, milling, drilling, and threading
• Welding, grinding, and painting
• Assembly and final inspection of special machines and diamond tools
• Order processing and packaging
• Organizing, maintaining order, and servicing machines and work areas

We are looking for you who

Must-have requirements:

• Experience in workshop work
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• You are accustomed to physically varied work involving both material handling and more precision-oriented tasks
• Handy and quick to learn new tasks
• Category B driver's license

Meritorious experience:

• Experience with MAG welding
• Experience with grinding prior to painting or powder coating
• Turning and milling
• Basic reading of technical drawings
• Experience with packaging or warehousing
