Your Responsibilities

Which roles are we looking for? We are currently recruiting personnel for the following five areas:

• 1. CNC Operators
  - Responsibilities: You program, set up, and operate CNC machines. The role also includes routine machine maintenance and ensuring the highest quality of machined products.
  - Qualifications: We are looking for you with experience in CNC machining. You have a good understanding of technical drawings, can handle measuring tools, and stand out for your attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• 2. Machine Operators
  - Responsibilities: You monitor, control, and optimize machines in the production line. You also perform regular quality checks and simpler maintenance tasks.
  - Qualifications: You have experience in machine operation and a good technical understanding. Since we work closely together, you thrive in a team environment.
• 3. Assemblers
  - Responsibilities: Varied assembly work involving many different practical tasks in the production chain.
  - Qualifications: The role requires good precision and an eye for detail. Since the work can be physically demanding, we look for someone who is enduring and enjoys an active job.
• 4. Technicians
  - Responsibilities: You handle specialized technical tasks related to specific equipment or areas such as automation, electricity, or mechanics.
  - Qualifications: We are looking for you with relevant technical education and experience, as well as in-depth knowledge within your specialty. You have a pronounced solution-oriented attitude.
• 5. Process Operators
  - Responsibilities: You monitor, control, and optimize continuous production processes via control rooms and computer systems. The role involves handling process disruptions, performing quality checks, and ensuring a safe and efficient flow.
  - Qualifications: It is a plus if you have experience in the process industry and a strong technical interest. As a person, you are observant and enjoy taking responsibility. We would prefer that you have experience working with ABB systems.

Driver's License and Other Certificates:

To travel to and between our assignments, you need a Category B driver's license. Do you also have a forklift license, crane license, wheel loader license, or certificates for Hot Work and Fall Protection? Please mention this in your application, as it is a big plus for several of our assignments!
