In the role of Dive Leader, you will perform work diving with relevant tools and equipment, plan and evaluate dive operations, lead and coordinate dive missions, and contribute to maintenance work, training, and follow-up of personnel. Fagdykk specializes in commercial diving within construction and infrastructure projects, electrical and telecommunications networks, as well as inspection and repair of ships and floating installations. They are highly flexible and operate throughout Norway – from the Swedish border in the south to the Russian border in the north, including missions in Svalbard.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Valid diving certificate class B or class 1 approved for work in Norway (extensive experience can compensate for lack of certificate)
• At least 5 years of experience as a construction diver
• At least 3 years of experience as a Dive Leader
• Valid medical certificate for professional divers and good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Professional license and driver's license C1E is an advantage but not a requirement
• Experience using boats
• Proficiency in a Scandinavian language, both orally and in writing
• Willingness to relocate to the Tromsø area
