Dream of working in the heart of the mountains while helping to create something entirely new? We are now looking for receptionists and booking staff for our newly opened hotel in Idre, a place where service, nature experiences, and genuine hospitality are at the center.

Here, you will have the opportunity to be involved from the very beginning and shape the hotel's atmosphere, culture, and guest experience. We are building a hotel for all seasons, where guests should feel equally welcome during summer hikes and cycling adventures as they do during winter ski holidays.

Your responsibilities

• Receive guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle bookings via phone, email, online channels, and booking systems
• Answer questions and provide information about the hotel, activities, and the local area
• Handle payments, invoicing, and cash register duties
• Administer bookings and ensure guest information is accurate
• Actively work on upselling hotel rooms, activities, and other services
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and service-oriented manner
• Collaborate with housekeeping, the restaurant, and other departments to ensure a high guest experience
• Answer incoming calls and emails, as well as handle guest requests
• Work according to the hotel's routines for service, quality, and safety
• Contribute to creating a positive and memorable experience for every guest

• Is solution-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is detail-oriented, structured, and quick to learn new systems
• Enjoys collaborating and contributing to a good atmosphere
• Has experience from hotels, reception, booking, or other service roles
