We are currently in an exciting phase with major investments ahead, and we are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who wants to help create structure, hospitality, and quality in our dining experience.
In this role, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and help lead the daily operations in the dining room. You will play a key part in creating clarity for the staff, security in service, and a warm, professional experience for our guests.
You will assist with planning, leadership, scheduling, routines, and follow-up in the restaurant. The role also involves being present in the operations, supporting the team during service, and ensuring that details meet the high standards Green Hotel aims to uphold.
You will serve as a vital link between the dining room, kitchen, reception, conference facilities, and management.
This role is suitable for both those who already have experience in leadership and those who are ready to take the next step in their development. Most importantly, you must have strong hospitality skills, be responsible, and have the ability to receive coaching and grow into the role together with us.
We are looking for someone who:
- has a genuine interest in service, hospitality, and quality
- thrives in a restaurant environment and enjoys being close to the guest
- is confident in leading and supporting others in daily work, or has a desire to develop into this responsibility
- is organized and ensures that routines are followed
- can create calm, clarity, and a good atmosphere even when the pace is fast
- has an eye for detail and understands that small things make a big difference
- is solution-oriented, flexible, and responsible
- is coachable and wants to develop in the role
- collaborates well with the kitchen, reception, and other departments
- wants to help develop the dining experience forward
The role includes, among other things:
- supporting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
- leading and distributing work in the dining room during service
- contributing to scheduling, staffing, and planning
- ensuring that routines, checklists, and working methods are followed
- introducing and supporting new employees
- actively working with hospitality, upselling, and guest experience
- following up on details before breakfast, lunch, dinner, conferences, and events
- collaborating closely with the kitchen, reception, conference, and management
- being involved in creating a positive and professional work culture
With us, you get:
- a workplace where clarity, responsibility, and joy in work are the focus
- an important role in the guest's experience of food, service, and hospitality
- the opportunity to grow, influence, and help shape the restaurant's development
- close collaboration with both the Restaurant Manager and other departments
- an environment where care, quality, and presence are important parts of the work
We offer:
Position: Full-time, 100% – day/evening/weekend
Salary: According to collective agreement
Start date: As agreed
