What does the role involve? As a Camping Employee, you will be the face of First Camp and will have a varied and changing daily routine. Your role is multifaceted – you handle everything from guest check-in and check-out at the reception to simpler maintenance tasks and cleaning. Flexibility and a helpful attitude are crucial in this role, as you will support wherever the need is greatest. At our destinations, everyone is ready to contribute where needed, and you will become a central part of this collective effort to create a wonderful environment for both guests and colleagues.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who have experience in service professions and customer interaction. If you also have education in a relevant area, it is a plus, but most important is your attitude and ability to take personal responsibility. We are looking for a flexible problem-solver who is meticulous and structured in their work. As a Camping Employee, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and find joy in sharing yourself. You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in an environment where no two days are alike.

We also require that you have a manual B-driver's license and can communicate well in Swedish or English to handle instructions and meet our guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Conditions We are looking for employees for the summer season 2026 with varying hours (20–40 hours/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the Hotel and Restaurant Union's collective agreement.
