Do you want to work in a nature-oriented and inspiring environment by Lake Barken in Smedjebacken/Dalarna? At Barken Lodge, we are now looking for an experienced and self-reliant chef who wants to help develop our culinary experience.

Here, you will have an important role in the kitchen where quality, creativity, and the overall experience are in focus.

About the role

As a chef at Barken Lodge, you will work with a wide range of tasks, from à la carte and conference dinners to events and seasonally adapted menus. You have significant responsibility in the kitchen and help drive daily operations forward.

The role also includes:

• Ordering responsibility and inventory management
• Planning and involvement in menu development
• Ensuring high quality and efficient working methods in the kitchen

Working hours are varied and include evenings and weekends.
