We are looking for an experienced and passionate hot kitchen cook who wants to create memorable dining experiences at Trollkrogen in Gagnef.

At Trollkrogen, located at Riskväg 70 in Gagnef, the guest experience is our priority. We are now looking for you, with at least two years of experience in hot kitchen work, who wants to help develop our appreciated kitchen team.

Tasks and Responsibilities

As a hot kitchen cook, you are a key member of the kitchen team. You are responsible for preparing high-quality dishes during both lunch and dinner service, as well as at events. You will also participate in menu development.

We strive for a seasonal kitchen where the ingredients are the focus.

Qualities we are looking for

At least two years of experience working in a hot kitchen.
Passion for flavors, techniques, and cooking as a craft.
Structured and stress-resistant with a strong sense of responsibility.
A team player with a humble attitude and an eye for detail.
