We are now looking for you who want to work as an hourly substitute in the kitchen. You will

• cook most of the food from scratch
• plan, order, and perform self-control according to HACCP
• take care of the kitchen, clean, pack, wash dishes, and serve our younger and older guests.

You must have

• good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish to, for example, read ingredient lists and recipes.

A valid extract from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record must be presented before employment.

It is meritorious if you also have

• training as a cook in restaurant and large-scale kitchens (3-year) or at least 3 years of experience working as a cook and/or other training/experience deemed equivalent by the employer
• experience working in cold and hot kitchens
• good cooking skills in cold and hot kitchens as well as special diets in schools and elderly care.

• be flexible.
