Qualifications
We are looking for someone with culinary training and/or relevant experience. It is important that you are flexible, quality-conscious, self-initiative, and service-oriented. You have the ability to collaborate, take responsibility, and work in a structured manner. You are pedagogical and understand what it means to work with different types of people, of various ages and experience levels.
Your tasks and responsibilities
You lead the kitchen staff and ensure the quality of our food offering. As an inspiring leader, you focus on developing your employees and lead by example. You ensure the quality of our menu and make sure that operations comply with laws and hygiene requirements.
Your tasks include planning, purchasing, inventory management, personnel responsibility, and scheduling, but you are also actively involved in daily operations and drive the department forward. Together with the Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for the overall operation.

- Accustomed to a fast pace and quick changes
- Experienced in leadership and ordering processes
- Someone who enjoys guest interaction, thrives in an open kitchen, and spreads positive energy
The employment starts no later than September/October, but may begin earlier.
