About the Role

As a cook, you will work in a kitchen with a high pace where precision, collaboration, and pride in craftsmanship are crucial. You are responsible for your station and ensure that every dish maintains high and consistent quality, even during the busiest times.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing and cooking dishes according to menus and concepts.
• Ensuring that mise en place is always in order before service.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, structure, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Collaborating closely with the kitchen and service staff for a smooth guest experience.
• Contributing to a positive work environment and a strong team.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a cook, preferably from à la carte or seasonally intensive restaurants.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a busy atmosphere.
• Is organized, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Has a passion for cooking and seasonal ingredients.
• Is unpretentious, flexible, and a team player.
• Understands that every detail affects the guest experience.

We offer

• Employment via Progressio at an established restaurant in Båstad.
• Salary between 180–210 SEK/hour, depending on experience.
• Shift allowances (OB) according to agreement.
• Pension and insurance via Fora.
• Opportunity for accommodation/overnight stay if needed.
