Stygga Stina has moved into Parisaren!

Parisaren is back – better than ever! Stygga Stina has taken over and renovated the place into an authentic Diner. We flirt with 50s aesthetics and motor culture, but at our core, we are a place for everyone. Whether you have gasoline in your veins or just a rumbling stomach, you are equally welcome.

We are now looking for you who are a master at the grill. We will serve everything from cheeseburgers to hearty traditional Swedish home cooking.

We are also looking for staff available for on-demand shifts.

About the Job

Here, you will work in a completely newly renovated environment where Swedish street food tradition meets Diner joy. It is popular, simple, and fun. The pace can be fast, and the tasks are varied:

• Cooking home-style meals and classic street food
• Preparation, plating, and serving
• Register work and customer contact over the counter
• Order, hygiene, and structure in the kitchen
• Collaboration in a small, tight-knit team

This is not an entry-level kitchen – we are looking for someone who already knows how a street food kitchen operates.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience from street food kitchens (this is a requirement)
• Are accustomed to pace, stress, and quick decisions
• Can fry and assemble hamburgers with a smile and handle a deep fryer.
• Understand the importance of hygiene, routines, and responsibility
• Enjoy customer contact and a social way of working
• Prefer retro, motors, music, and a bit of rock’n’roll
