MR Dubbeleken is located at the Southern Scania Regiment (P 7), approximately 30 minutes from Lund in Revingehed. Here, we serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening meals to our conscripts as well as other staff at the regiment. We are open every day of the year, and our hours vary. We are now looking to expand our team with a cook.

As we are located within a defense facility, you must be a Swedish citizen.

Who is our new dream colleague?

You are a cheerful whiz with experience in the cooking and service professions, accustomed to building good relationships and contacts with guests. As a person, you are responsible, ambitious, and respectful towards your surroundings.

We want you to have:

• A 3-year upper secondary vocational cooking education or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• A B driver's license.

• Previous work experience as a cook.
• Experience with menu planning and ordering supplies.
• A solid interest and preferably knowledge and experience in sustainability work, as the restaurant is/is going to become both KRAV-certified and environmentally and quality-certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
