Escacito works within event catering and has been hired by large and small organizers since 1994. We serve food and drinks at major outdoor events throughout Sweden. We are based in Gothenburg. We are currently recruiting staff for our events during the 2026 season.

We are looking for people for various tasks during our event assignments. Ideally, you have some experience in service or food preparation work, such as cashier, food handling (cook/chef/sommelier/waiter), customer contact experience, worked in a kiosk or café, bar/alcohol service, restaurant, etc.

You should have good spoken and written skills in Swedish and English, be of legal age, and be prepared for the fact that the work requires standing for long periods and involves lifting. You must also be stress-resistant, meticulous, engaged, and flexible! The work is built on good teamwork, which means you must be able to work in a group. Good group collaboration with effective communication is fundamental to the success of our assignments. Various diverse tasks during our event assignments: everything from working at the cash register to preparing food and setting up sales, e.g., restocking cold products and storage items. As cash handling staff, there are extra high demands on being stress-resistant and meticulous, as we serve an incredible number of guests who all want to be treated well! It is crucial that you do not become stressed or frantic but can work methodically at a high pace.
