We are now looking for a Sous Chef to join the Mejeriet crew, starting this autumn.

We prefer candidates with several years of experience, who are driven and professional. We occasionally face high pressure, so the role requires strong organizational skills. We value humility, flexibility, and initiative. We work as a tightly knit team, supporting each other to provide guests with the best possible experience, as we love teamwork.

In this role, you will help create new dishes and serve as a creative sounding board for our Head Chef, with a focus on quality and satisfied guests.

The position involves working during the day, evenings, and weekends, with a varied schedule based on our events.
