Within the business area Industrial Civil, we currently have over 250 employees. In the Mid region, we have offices in Norrköping, Linköping, Jönköping, Växjö, Hultsfred, Oskarshamn, Örebro, and Karlstad. Here, land and construction engineers, as well as construction and project managers, work together, making us a strong and established player in the field.

About the role

As a Lead Construction Engineer, you will have a central role in our projects where you are responsible for leading and coordinating the technical work throughout the entire project process.

You will become an important contact person both internally and externally, working closely with customers, the project organization, and other technical disciplines to ensure high quality and progress in assignments.

Examples of responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development together with the team within the section
• Lead and coordinate the technical work throughout the project
• Act as the technical contact person for customers and the project organization
• Prepare technical decision support materials and provide support in dialogues and prioritizations
• Follow up on technical activities and ensure that commitments are delivered as planned
• Coordinate technical disciplines such as construction, land, HVAC, and electrical work within construction projects

We are looking for you who

• Work as a project leader today or have at least a couple of years of experience in a handling role within construction engineering
• Are educated as a civil engineer or university engineer with a focus on construction engineering
• Have experience in design and construction engineering work
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

It is meritorious if you have experience with:

• Calculations and modeling
• Industrial projects or industrial facilities
