About the role

Dywidag exists to create connections between people. The coast is full of islands and inlets, and those living there need a secure connection to communities and workplaces on the mainland. Previously, this meant heavy, complex concrete structures, but through smart prestressing technology, Dywidag now offers solutions with a significantly reduced need for concrete. Additionally, we offer reinforcement made of green steel from Swedish steel mills. This has caused a significant increase in the demand for Dywidag's products in both Sweden and Norway. Do you want to work in a role where you can develop and where your performance is crucial to the whole? We are currently looking for a Project Manager for Dywidag Sverige AB.

With operations worldwide, there are enormous career opportunities, and you will learn skills that contribute to an unparalleled CV! This role is perfect for you if you thrive with "freedom under responsibility" and want to be respected for your competence and have the opportunity to plan your own time. The task is clear, and there are written instructions on how to approach the assignment. Colleagues come from various backgrounds, and the company's joint staff activities are usually very rewarding.

Do you want to learn to work smarter – not harder – and with new technology? Then you have come to the right place, as technological development in the industry is moving fast. However, you must take the initiative, contribute to developing the role, and feel confident even if your manager is not with you all day. Communication is conducted in English, Norwegian, and Swedish, depending on who you are speaking with, and it is clear and transparent in all directions, as trust prevails here!

Responsibilities

Do you enjoy planning and structuring? Here, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, with a focus on ensuring they are carried out according to contracts. The role involves partial collaboration with other project managers and partial independent projects.

You will coordinate various parts of the project with the installation manager, including material orders, staffing, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment). You will also handle quality plans for the projects, follow up on contractual requirements, ensure compliance, and maintain ongoing contact with customers to coordinate and ensure smooth project execution. Furthermore, you will be responsible for economics, including invoicing and cost tracking, participate in monthly project evaluations, and contribute to the development of quality and environmental systems, as workplace safety and security are important.

Your role also extends to the sales department, which you will support with calculations and agreements, as well as administrative tasks as needed. You will maintain contact with customers via email, phone, and meetings. Business travel may occur. After training, there will be an opportunity to perform part of the work from home for those who wish. The location is in Arvika or the surrounding area along the Norwegian border. Good conditions regarding salary and insurance, among other things!

We are looking for you who

We are looking for you who have experience leading and driving projects in technically complex areas, preferably with experience from the contractor side within infrastructure.

We are looking for a structured and orderly person with financial understanding, so that you can manage project budgets and ensure they are executed within time and cost frameworks.

You need to be communicative and have the ability to build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally, as well as have an open and non-hierarchical attitude towards your tasks and colleagues. You also need to be able to work independently and take responsibility for driving your projects forward, while being sensitive to the customer's needs and wishes.

This role suits you if you are a construction engineer or similar, and preferably if you have experience within infrastructure projects, which makes you well-equipped to take on this challenging and exciting role. Selection is ongoing, so do not wait with your application!
