About the role

The role of environmental steward is part of our Environmental Steward Program and is a fixed-term employment for up to 18 months. In this role, you will be part of a team that primarily works with supervision and cleaning in and around the properties. This means that you and your team are responsible for ensuring that the common areas are neat and clean. The role requires you to be social and service-oriented to maintain good contact with tenants, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• External maintenance with cleaning of courtyard environments
• Handling the property's common areas such as waste management, stairwells, cellars, and laundry rooms
• Supervision in and around the properties - ensuring it is clean and tidy
• Simple repairs of, for example, seating areas, playgrounds, and garage and parking spaces

Your profile

To be considered for the position, you must hold a B-driver's license, and we prefer that you are a tenant of Victoriahem. As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and independent in your daily work. You are good at building good relationships, enjoy being outdoors, and thrive in work that is sometimes physically demanding. Experience and/or education in the field is meritorious but not a requirement. In this position, we value personality, motivation, and drive highly.
