We are looking for a cheerful, curious, and self-motivated student to help out during the summer with customer service and warehouse duties. This is a temporary hourly position based in Skarpnäck, perfect for you who enjoy varied tasks and working in a small team.

Your Responsibilities

As a customer service and warehouse associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience for all our customers. Your tasks will include:

• Handling incoming inquiries via Zendesk.
• Creating return labels, answering questions, and processing exchanges.
• Staffing the customer service phone line for 1.5 hours per day.
• Opening and processing incoming returns.
• Packing and receiving goods at the warehouse.
• The role consists of approximately 50% customer service and 50% warehouse work.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are curious, positive, take initiative, and thrive on varied tasks.
• You have a strong sense for service.
• You are detail-oriented and structured.
• You are comfortable with computers (experience with Zendesk is a plus).
• You enjoy working independently as well as in a small team.
• You are able to stand for most of the day. We do not handle heavy items, but the role involves being on your feet and walking frequently in the warehouse.

What We Offer

• Hourly employment working on-site at our location in Skarpnäck, Stockholm.
• Start date: June 22nd until August 14th.
• Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• An hourly wage of 160 SEK.
• A varied role offering insight into both customer service and warehouse management.
