Snushus offers a rich selection of snus and nicotine pouches, both in e-commerce and physical stores, in Sweden and Switzerland, with a focus on product quality, service, and customer experience.

What does the role involve?

As a shop assistant, your primary task is to create a first-class customer experience. You help the customer find the right product by:

• Listening to needs and guiding them to the right solution.
• Presenting Snushus products with energy and knowledge.
• Ensuring the store is neat, well-stocked, and inspiring.
• Participating in product training and staying updated on the assortment.
• Ensuring the store follows responsible sales practices regarding tobacco products.

Who are you?

You have a natural sense for service and enjoy meeting new people. You are motivated by taking responsibility and doing that little extra for every customer.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in a shop and is passionate about providing first-class customer service.
• Thrives in a social role where you meet and help customers daily.
• Is service-oriented, attentive, and has a natural ability to build good customer relationships.
• Is self-motivated, takes initiative, and works in a structured manner.
• Is flexible and can adapt to a varying work pace.

Other details

The position is a hourly employment starting immediately and extending indefinitely. You will be employed as a consultant through Sparx Branding AB but will perform the job for Snushus in their store in Helsingborg.

Since we operate in a regulated industry, it is important that you are comfortable working with tobacco products, where responsible sales and age verification are a natural part of everyday life.
