Do you thrive in an active daily life where you can make a difference for other people? Then you could be our new temporary assistant nurse!
Who are we?
Valhallavägen 1C is a home care unit located in central Krokek, close to forests, nature, and beautiful surroundings. We provide approved services in ordinary housing for users in the areas of Krokek, Kolmården, Getå, and surrounding areas. With a user-oriented approach, we work every day to create security, participation, and quality of life for those we help.
Here, you will meet people with different needs and life situations, making the work varied, developmental, and meaningful. We work closely with our users and value continuity, good treatment, and respect for each individual's needs and wishes.
As an employee here, you become part of an engaged and helpful work group with an open atmosphere and good cohesion. Together, we are responsible for developing the operations and creating a secure and meaningful everyday life for our users. Here, you have the opportunity to work independently, take responsibility, and develop both professionally and personally.
Your responsibilities
As an assistant nurse in home care, you play a significant role in creating security and quality of life for our users in their own homes. You provide individualized and professional care, paying attention to and meeting physical, psychological, and social needs.
You provide personal care, which may include help with hygiene, dressing, and medication management. You also contribute to a pleasant home environment by helping with household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping. In addition, you have an important social role where you create security and community through conversations, walks, or other activities that contribute to the user's well-being.
You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and other professional groups, where you together create high-quality care and support. Documentation is a natural part of your work to ensure good continuity and quality.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are trained as an assistant nurse according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations, and we view positively if you have experience working in care and support and/or service.
As a person, you are calm, secure, and have an easy time building good relationships. You collaborate well with others but also enjoy working independently.
You see what needs to be done and take initiative to provide the best possible care. You have good judgment, can make well-founded decisions, and have a clear customer focus, putting the user's needs at the center.
You are flexible and can adapt when plans change in daily work. You are good at prioritizing and finding solutions in different situations. Quality is important to you, and you actively work to maintain it in your work.
You can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
Since we are located in an outer area, you need to have a B driver's license and preferably access to a car to get to and from work. You also need to be able to cycle to get smoothly between our users' homes in the local area.
Welcome with your application!
