We are looking for you who want to take a key role in an exciting new opening and, in the long term, help build a store from the ground up together with an entirely new team. 🚀 Here, you have the opportunity to combine high clinical quality with a strong customer experience and be part of the launch of something new. What does the role entail? As an optician at Synsam, you are the heart of our operations. You listen, understand, and guide our customers to the best possible solutions for their vision and eye health. With state-of-the-art equipment, your main task is to carefully conduct eye examinations and prescribe and recommend visual aids to our customers at the highest clinical level.

You will become part of an engaged team consisting of a Store Manager and Style and Customer Advisors – together, you will inspire our customers to make successful purchases and make their experience with us something to remember.

We are looking for an optician who:

• ✨ Values meeting people and building strong, long-term customer relationships.
• ✨ Is attentive to the customer's needs and has a pronounced focus on quality.
• ✨ Communicates pedagogically and confidently with customers.
• ✨ Is responsible and solution-oriented.
• ✨ Holds an optician's license – with or without a DO/Master's degree.
