We are now seeking dedicated and experienced nurses for a summer assignment within Specialized Housing (SÄBO) in Östergötland County.

Here you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's daily lives while working in a secure and well-functioning operation. You will become an important part of the team and contribute your skills to create high quality and security for the residents.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse within SÄBO, you are responsible for health and medical care interventions as well as medical assessments for the residents. You work closely with care staff and other professions to ensure the best possible care.

The tasks include among other things:

• Medical assessments and follow-ups
• Medication management
• Documentation according to current guidelines
• Care planning and coordination
• Contact with relatives and other healthcare providers
• Mentoring and support for care staff

Qualifications

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN)
• At least 2 years of experience as a nurse
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Experience of municipal health and medical care

Merits
